Work Tasks to be performed

·         Pruning, training, thinning and tractor driving

·         Harvesting apples and grapes

·         General farmwork

Job Requirements

·         3 months of verifiable tree fruit farm work experience.

·         Must anticipate being available to work the entire contract period.

·         Lifting requirement 60 lbs.

·         Exposure to extreme temperatures

·         Extensive pushing or pulling

·         Extensive sitting or walking

·         Frequent stooping or bending over

·         Repetitive movements

The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.

Requerimientos para el trabajo

·         Debe tener por lo menos 3 meses de experiencia de trabajo de huerta.

·         Debe de anticipar poder trabajar lo que dura el trabajo.

·         Requisito de levantamiento de 60 lbs.

·         Exposición a temperaturas extremas

·         Empujar y tirar con frecuencia

·         Sentarse y caminar durante mucho tiempo

·         Agacharse con frecuencia

·         Movimientos repetitivos

El empleador proveerá, sin costo, las herramientas, artículos y equipo de protección necesaria para hacer el trabajo requerido.

Crop and Pay

Hourly wage is $19.25. The payroll period shall be weekly.

Piece rate is as follow: Apple harvest per bin (47"x 47" X 24.5)

• Granny - $28.26
• Gala - $28.26

• Cosmic Crisp - $28.26

Summer Prune - $0.25/tree/vine

Moving Wires - $0.02/tree/vine

Harvest Labor Grape Picking - $1.85/lugs

Tree Staking - $0.10/tree

Trellis Labor - $0.08/tree/vine

Scoring - $0.10/tree

Pheromone Labor - $0.10/tree

Leafing - $0.05/vine

Pruning grape vines- $0.03/vine
