Job Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, setting up and operating CNC milling machines, and performing quality inspections on machined components. Responsibilities
Read blueprints to set up and operate CNC milling machines.
Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Complete 2-5 setups daily.
Conduct tool changes and offsets as required.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.
Proficient in reading blueprints.
Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
Knowledge of tool changes and offsets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, medical, or aerospace industries.

Work Environment
This position is for the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday. Our facility is a medical device manufacturing facility, primarily producing surgical instruments. The environment is extremely clean and climate-controlled, with approximately 100 employees. The successful candidate will report to the Machining Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
