ENGENDREN CORPORATION Maintenance technician - 2nd shift in KENOSHA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment. Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery. Record repairs and maintenance performed. Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices. Study blueprints or manufacturers\' manuals to determine correct installation or operation of machinery. Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new equipment. Ability to perform preventive maintenance jobs on equipment. Perform electrical wiring and troubleshoot existing wiring. 480V / 240V, 3 phase and single phase. Arc Flash Training a plus. Repair and/or installation of plumbing (I.E. black pipe threading, copper pipe sweating as well as PVC.) Installation and Repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Pumps. Complete basic Machinery repairs. Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge. Demonstrate safe and proficient use of shop tools (both hand and power). Fix lights, water problems, and other building maintenance tasks. Assist Manufacturing Engineering with developing equipment and tooling & utility rearrangement projects. Ability to do basic cleaning duties before or after assigned job as required. Ability to work flexible hours and or shift that is required. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports. Familiar with lock out tag out procedures. Maintenance on CNC operated machines. Tooling experience. Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment.
