ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Kenova, West Virginia
Manpower is seeking a maintenance technician for a client in the tristate area.
Job duties include:
Loading and unloading parts for heat treat
Operating forklifts and cranes
Maintenance on equipment
Operate, control and monitor heat treating equipment as required and written in standard procedures and/or customer paperwork
Troubleshooting and repair of furnaces which may include programing, leak testing and repair, pump and motor repairs, heating elements, thermocouple replacements and other mechanical aspects of furnaces
Perform furnace calibrations and uniformity surveys
Ability to program and run multiple different furnace/oven controllers
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Any heat treating experience is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment without supervision
May be required to work overtime
Ability to work standing for long periods of time in a hot environment
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to report to work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with coworkers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism
Must follow all safety rules and procedures at all times
