WHAT YOULL DO: As our Territory Manager, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be on selling all types of heavy construction equipment, while leveraging technology to provide customers efficiency and profit for their business. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of awareness, participation, and market share in your territory, along with utilizing the companys CRM (Salesforce) at a high level. This includes completing monthly reporting of wins/losses, participation/awareness, and timely expense submittals. Picture yourself driving in a Pape sales vehicle, working your defined territory, creating relationships with new and current customers, and watching your career flourish! WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction and/or agricultural equipment.
  • Financing background preferred
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Drivers license with a good driving record. Position will require the member to already have or obtain a commercial drivers license and be able to haul equipment to customer sites for demo/delivery.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
  • Must reside in your assigned territory.
