Looking for a friendly motivated associate who can help our results in Customer Service and Engaging in our TJX Rewards Credit Card Program. Looking for someone who Leads associates to greet, engage, and thank the customer..Monitors/maintains customer flow, cashier ratio and verifies back-up coverage.Resolves Customer Experience issues. Observes and coaches associate behaviors involving customer interaction. Authorizes exceptions to customer service policies. Ensures operational controls at Front End, Service Desk, Layaway and Jewelry in accordance with Company guidelines and policies (e.g., key control, refunds/merchandising credits, check/charge procedures, SGM, ticket maker, approvals, voids, cash pick-ups, lock and unlock registers, maintains change fund) and minimizes shrink opportunities.Communicates policies/procedures to associates and conducts new hire training. Ensures associates are in dress code and wearing lanyard with name badge. Execution of Best Methods and Store Smarts principles. Best Methods for processing sale/return transactions. Ensures RIL and ETC programs are used consistently. Ensures cleanliness/availability of shopping carts Reacts to equipment, housekeeping, return and recovery issues. Replenishes Front End supplies. Communicates with MOD
