Summary You will serve as the Integrated Product Support (IPS) Competency Lead in the Systems Engineering & Integrated Product Support (IPS) Branch for the Theater USW C5I Systems Division of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will develop and maintain an IPS competency professional development program to advance and train the IPS workforce under the goals and guidelines set by the Branch Head. You will assess the IPS workforce for competency gaps and resolve any gaps identified through various means under the goals and guidelines set by the Branch Head. You will be responsible for setting the priorities and in establishing deadlines for the development of IPS deliverables and/or products in your area of responsibility. You will provide strong leadership and mentorship skills to personnel with varying disciplines and grade levels. You will be a key member of the IPS Program Management Team, providing a wide range of IPS support to the Theater Undersea Warfare Systems Programs and to the Unmanned and Theater USW Systems Department ISEA. You will be responsible for generating various IPS planning documentation, support IPS resourcing tasks, and provide IPS inputs to budgeting processes. You will require a comprehensive understanding of all twelve IPS Elements as applied through all phases of the DODI 5000.02 Acquisition Framework and how they interrelate to each other and across other Functional areas. You will negotiate and influence appropriate IPS tasking with Customers and/or make major IPS decisions based on sound judgement, experience, and lessons learned. You will function as a Lead in support of assigned TUSW efforts in direct support to NAVSEA and/ or NAVWAR Customers. You will provide oversight and coordination for the development, review, and approval of Navy system technical manuals and/ or other technical data packages ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing Integrated Product Support (IPS), including planning, developing IPS documentation, managing resources, and ensuring accurate logistics product development to meet organizational goals.
