Job Summary:
Experienced maintenance technicians are the go-to for all kinds of maintenance needs across Keystone Property Management. These key players are Swiss army knives, capable of taking on basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating, and preventive maintenance checks of building systems. Taking pride in work done right, the successful intermediate tech understands how to work as a professional: appropriate and timely communication; ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems; trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision as needed; and detail-oriented, including completing proper documentation for billing.

Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
Skill Level: Intermediate
Job Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks of boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, etc.
Complete work orders for maintenance / repair in condominium units and buildings
Maintain a safety-first mindset
Communicate effectively with department management and other stakeholders
Accurately document completed work for appropriate billing
Provide exceptional guest service as needed
Assist in training maintenance employees as needed
Maintain tools and work areas
Identifying and communicating inventory needs
Other duties as assigned by department management
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent – required
Must be 18 years or older – required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record – required
Able to lift 50 lbs. – required
English proficiency, written and spoken – required
Ability to learn and obtain proficiency with computer platforms - required
Previous maintenance experience – 2-3 years preferred
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
