Description

We're hiring Area Sales Manager for Pioneer seeds business in West part of Ukraine.

Preferred Candidate's Location: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi. Ternopil, Rivne (optional Zhytomyr, Lviv).

You Will Be Part of a Growing Team

  • Responsible for direct sales and growth of the area: Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Zakarpattia for SEEDS business.

  • Managing existing and new customer and business partners' relationships (farmers and distributors).

  • Coordinates and controls the daily activity of the team: Territory Sales Managers.

  • In charge of the area sales strategy elaboration, resources deployment and alignment with the overall Country and marketing strategy.

  • In charge to deliver the agreed marketing strategy and plan.

  • In charge to ensure customer and business partner win -win partnership to ensure company success.

  • Collaborate effectively with the CTS and overall Marketing team, understanding their common targets and priorities working efficiently on leveraging available Seeds solutions.

Your Challenge:

  • Overall market evaluation: segment exploration, market assessment, opportunity identification, market potential and attractiveness evaluations.

  • Customer and business partners and market related activities: account management, relationship building, contract negotiations, competitive analysis, profitability analysis, demand management.

  • Ensure / accountable of the forecasting of his/her area.

  • Build sales policy and distribution strategy to deliver sales goals align with marketing strategy.

  • Other business-related activities: connected to internal departments such as customer service, credit financial services and supply chain to account strategy.

  • Accountable for achieving sales, profitability in the area.

  • Accountable for managing accounts receivable performance and achieving defined targets (DSO, % current).

  • Ensuring proper product stewardship and compliance with EH&S, sales processes and company policies.

  • Developing contacts and strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Contribute to the “go to market” strategy and how to win in the area.

  • As part of the go to market identify the Channel strategy in the area.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

Internal: Territory Sales Managers; Marketing team, Customer Service & Logistics, Accounting.

External: Key Farmers, Seed & CPP local Associations, Farmers' teams, Local stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree

  • Experience in agribusiness.

  • Experience in leading the leaders

  • English language is a plus

  • Fluent Ukrainian
