Grundfos Senior Key Account Manager in Kiev, Ukraine

What is the job about?

The job entails working in a team, managing accounts, and achieving business goals by establishing and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate must have a customer-focused mindset, solid account management skills, and a good understanding of target markets and products. They will oversee specific key accounts, conduct due diligence to understand the sales opportunity for Grundfos products, and use the company's global CRM tool to monitor customer activities. The candidate must also contribute to mutually beneficial process improvement and productivity gains.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Achieving business goals and increasing sales through customer centricity.

  • Identifying potential customers and establishing business relationships by using professional skills and knowledge of products.

  • Developing key customer relationships and managing specific key accounts.

  • Supporting all aspects of the sales process and contributing to ensuring that Grundfos delivers a maximum value proposition to the account.

  • Conducting due diligence for understanding total sales opportunities for Grundfos products in key accounts.

  • Participating in identifying and researching focused markets and growing customer relationships.

  • Bringing added value to the sales process by applying understanding of target markets, products, and applications.

  • Contributing to mutually beneficial process improvement and productivity gains.

  • Monitoring customer activities in the global CRM tool, updating customer master data, and presenting monthly sales reports.

  • Representing Grundfos at various trade forums to promote Grundfos on the market.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in general machinery & electrical or commercial background, etc.

  • Experience leading processes particularly within account management.

  • Experience working in a large manufacturing environment is especially beneficial.

  • Most likely to have 3 years of relevant work experience before entering level.

  • Possess a good understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the sales organisation.

  • Ability to influence others. Proven experience supporting key business initiatives.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written Ukrainian and English at an upper intermediate level.
