Sedona Staffing Apartment Maintenance Worker-Killeen in KILLEEN, Texas
Will help with various job duties around apartment complex, such as general maintenance, make ready, janitorial, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc. Must have some basic carpentry/construction skills, be able to use various tools, and read a tape measure. Previous make ready or building maintenance experience preferred. Will also accept HVAC and/or EPA certified candidates (pay depends on experience). First shift, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. The position will require lifting up to 50lbs, Bending, Squatting, Kneeling, Sitting, Crawling, Walking, or standing for long hours. This position will require repetitive use of your hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials. Drug screen and Background check will be required.
