Description We are in search of a Client Solutions Manager to join our team in the technology industry, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role is focused on cultivating client relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust client base, marketing our services for talent solutions with a focus on technology.

• Utilize communication tools such as video and telephone to conduct meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers.

• Attend local association and networking events to enhance our presence in the local business community.

• Select candidates that are a good match for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with both client companies and professionals currently on assignment.

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to both clients and contract professionals.

• Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Utilize skills in Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, Confluence, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication to ensure successful execution of role.

• Apply sales skills to meet and exceed weekly business development goals. Requirements • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Possess skills in Android Development, Atlassian Jira, and Bug Tracking.

• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Confluence.

• Be proficient in using About Time software.

• Show experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Have a background in Backlog Grooming.
