DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Overview: This position is for an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members at ARKA. We welcome applicants at varying experience levels.
Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that is able to come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a strong understanding of IaC, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI clearance * IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security , CISSP, or CASP) * Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment * Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology * Experience knowing how to deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud Environments (prefer AWS) and instances, understands networking, and best practices * Experience navigating Linux systems * Experience with provisioning Kubernetes clusters (RKE, EKS, etc) * Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters
Preferred Qualifications: * Fully adjudicated CI Polygraph * Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams * Experience with Automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible * Experience with application and OS level security (ie; remediating Nessus scan results) * Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality
Pay Range: $115,000 - $170,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Location: This position is based out of ARKA's King of Prussia, PA campus. Situated less than an hour outside of Philadelphia and hosting the largest mall on the east coast, King of Prussia offers the urban feel sought in the city, while also giving opportunities to experience the beauty and history found only in Pennsylvania.
