Robert Half Marketing Data Manager in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing/Communications Manager to work remotely from the location of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on managing marketing data and functioning as a data steward within our telecom provider. The individual in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and IT, including data consumers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. This role offers a contract employment opportunity where you will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts through quality data management.

Responsibilities:

• Support stakeholders' use cases and ensure evolving data requirements are met to provide access to quality data.

• Build the annual roadmap in support of data cleansing, enrichment, and acquisition efforts to ensure a healthy and compliant database.

• Gather business requirements effectively and critically think about how we can acquire the necessary data elements to achieve them.

• Collaborate on and manage global data standards, processes, and policies.

• Execute contact discovery efforts, list management, and campaign segmentation requests for our global marketing initiatives.

• Partner with customer acquisition, digital marketing teams, and business/segment marketers to build targeted segments.

• Evaluate audience-sizing criteria and append contacts regularly to ensure that we are using quality, compliant data.

• Lead as a data manager and functional data steward, managing the quality of data that is fit for purpose.

• Collaborate on data integration and enrichment projects which will improve the availability of standard quality Marketing data for users.

• Support the marketing teams in segmentation and list creation for campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience in a Marketing/Communications Manager role or similar

• Demonstrable skills in sales and marketing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage data and create reports

• Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies

• Ability to provide training and guidance to team members

• Understanding of standard operations and procedures in marketing

• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and ability to interpret data

• Quality management and review skills to ensure high standards are maintained

• Familiarity with database management

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is a plus

• Excellent presentation skills for pitching ideas and strategies

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software for time tracking

• Experience with workstation support, including troubleshooting and maintenance

• Understanding of collection processes and experience in managing collections

• Ability to produce quarterly reports and forecasts

• Knowledge of automation in marketing and its effective use

• Familiarity with best practices in marketing and communications

• Experience in metric reporting to track and analyze marketing performance

• Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating data

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
