Summary We're growing here at Kitsap Credit Union and are looking for multiple hourly non-exempt benefits eligible Member Associates in various locations in beautiful Washington state. As a Member Associate, you will help to create customer-centered solutions and recommend opportunities for our members. Our managers and team will help you build rapport and forge meaningful relationships as well as support you in achieving your career goals. Quick Facts Location: Kingston Seniority level: Individual Contributor Reports to: Branch Manager Employment Type: fulltime, hourly, non-exempt Salary Range: $19.61 - $25.98/hr depending on experience Working hours: Monday - Friday 7am-7pm, plus rotating Saturdays, 8am-5pm;8.5hr shifts, 40hr work week Grade: 5BC Industry: Banking Functions:Tellering, Teller, Banker, Banking, Relationship Banker, Personal Banker, Account Representative, Loan Officer Member Associate Typical Job Duties * Aid members with deposits, withdrawals, new accounts, and their financial needs * Suggest products and services to meet members' lifestyle needs * Walk members through how to use our self-service platforms * Forge meaningful relationships with members and innovate quality service experiences This role may be right for you if you enjoy connecting with people in a customer service environment and enjoy meeting customer needs with tailored service solutions.
