Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely perform various operational functions in assigned area of production department to support the production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of process equipment and utilities to include changing process conditions, open/closure of valves, sterilization of piping/tanks, monitoring process conditions and adjusting as needed.

• Determines drum speed to regulate moisture level and increases or reduces as required

• Calculates feed rate to control the nip level of products in the drum

• Takes dryer readings within 4-6 hours and records results

• Totals bags that are disposed at end of shift by tallying up number of bags

• Totals the bags on a pallet and sums the number of bags/pallets at end of run

• Additional accountability and responsibilities provided by leadership.

  You bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year production experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift
