Job Title: Insurance Administrator

Salary Value: £11.56 per hour

Location: St Clair Veterinary Group, Kirkcaldy

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week. 4 Day working week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

We are looking for an Insurance Claims Administrator/Debt Control assistant to join our busy yet friendly office team!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Insurance claim administration

  • Prepare manual claims for review and submission

  • Communicate with clients as needed

  • Follow up with insurance companies to track claim status

  • Pursue outstanding debts through phone and email

  • Handle incoming calls and emails

  • Assist the Client Care reception team

Required Skills:

  • Possess strong IT and numeracy skills

  • Knowledge of Practice Management Software and veterinary terminology and insurance are preferred

  • Good IT and numeracy skills
