Job Title: Insurance Administrator
Salary Value: £11.56 per hour
Location: St Clair Veterinary Group, Kirkcaldy
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week. 4 Day working week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
We are looking for an Insurance Claims Administrator/Debt Control assistant to join our busy yet friendly office team!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Insurance claim administration
Prepare manual claims for review and submission
Communicate with clients as needed
Follow up with insurance companies to track claim status
Pursue outstanding debts through phone and email
Handle incoming calls and emails
Assist the Client Care reception team
Required Skills:
Possess strong IT and numeracy skills
Knowledge of Practice Management Software and veterinary terminology and insurance are preferred
Good IT and numeracy skills
