D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for an Marketing Specialist-WA in the Sales & Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsiblefor division marketing functions. Work with Corporate Marketing and various media channels to create community marketing materials, campaigns and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Collaborate with various departments, peers, leadership, and vendors to advance the marketing of all active and upcoming communities * Create and/or review marketing materials such as community collateral, price sheets, campaign flyers, signage, photography and community monuments * Maintain department supplies such as directional signs, flags, welcome mats and printed materials * Prepare marketing reports analyzing campaign results * Plan, order and arrange for installation of community signage and billboards * Manage marketing assets such as photography, video and renderings in an organized fashion * Work with third-party vendors to create engaging marketing materials * Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare marketing reports analyzing campaign results * Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings and provide regular updates on projects * Understand and adhere to brand guidelines with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while consistently delivering results on time * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Ability to travel overnight * Regular and reliable transportation and attendance
Education and/or Experience * Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school * Two to three years related experience and/or training * Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from a four-year college or university preferred * Experience in digital marketing

Annual Salary $65,000 - $70,000 (DOE) plus bonus potential!
