  • Support task order managers with schedule status reviews and schedule update meetings.

  • Collect and analyze cost performance data reports; identify cost, schedule, and performance trends; and prepare reports and graphs to present status to IPT and senior Managers.

  • Integrate IMS schedule analysis with EVM analysis and assist with planning and execution of Integrated Baseline Reviews.

  • Conduct Critical Path Analysis.

  • Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).

  • Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.

Qualifications

This is you:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years or more of related experience (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree).

  • Current DoD Secret or DOE L clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Experience developing resource-loaded integrated master schedules using MS Project (advanced preferred).

  • Experience scheduling within Agile, Agile/Scrum, and/or SAFe project management methodologies.

  • Experience creating a project baseline for each project and monitoring project progress against that baseline and developing solutions for mitigating schedule risk.

  • Experience providing impact analysis of schedule changes; identifying schedule variances and opportunities and proactively developing mitigation strategies.

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge in determining the critical path and performing schedule status updates.

You will wow us even more if you have these skills:

  • Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

  • Experience with satellites and/or space ground systems.

  • Understanding of plan of action and milestones (POA&M) and risk factors impacting schedule.

  • Experience managing and updating daily task tracking.
