Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Product Manager in the technology and digital segment of the vacation industry. The position is based in Kissimmee, Florida, and offers a hybrid working schedule. As a Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, concept development, and delivery of initiatives in collaboration with various team partners.
Location and Schedule
We offer a hybrid working schedule, with 2 - 4 days onsite required.
Currently, the onsite days are Mondays and Wednesdays, though this is subject to change.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business and technical capabilities, identify gaps, and deliver product roadmaps for new capabilities.
Collaborate with our Product Management, Technology, and Business Operations teams.
Act as a resource for colleagues and potentially mentor others.
Liaise with development, implementation, and support teams.
Support multiple projects, improvements, backlog, and prioritization of features and capabilities.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience working on reservation management systems and services that support consumer-facing products, ideally eCommerce booking, payments/general ledger/payment reconciliation, rules logic, and availability, rate, and inventory management.
Familiarity with A/B experimentation methods and hypothesis-driven development.
Proactive, structured, long-term thinker.
Fluent in industry best practices with the ability to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree in a related field, MBA, or technical certifications preferred.
