United States Fleet Forces Command SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in Kittery, Maine

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM BUDGET and EXECUTIVE BRANCH, PROGRAM PLANNING and REVIEW DIVISION, BUSINESS and STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for developing and maintaining strategic programming and corporate business metrics. You will determine, monitor and evaluate long-range direct and non-direct labor workload forecasting. You will manage the development of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard monthly business metrics reports. You will directly supervise Corporate Performance Metrics Specialists and Metric Analysts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
