Core Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive Operational Technology master data strategy to enable strategic decision-making and improve lifecycle and performance management
Drive data governance by establishing & documenting processes for data standardization, ongoing data cleansing and validation
Uphold data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability
Educate the OT colleagues on data management best practices and tools, and lead change management initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to supervise master data quality and usage
Identify key customers and implement communication plan to build visibility around data & effort alignment
Explore emerging AI technologies and assessing their potential application within the OT environment to drive further automation and efficiency

The Operational Technology Enabling department is responsible for building a stronger enabling function with key focus on competencies to deliver on Automation & Digitalization (I4.0) and the OT debt program. We are responsible for:
Developing and driving change management
Strategy execution through OT project management
Data Analytics
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum a MSc degree in Manufacturing/Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain or a similar educational field.
Experience in implementing master data management solutions and designing & maintaining data models for master data - ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, processes and policies, ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards
Hands-on experience in establishing and managing data quality processes, including data cleansing, validation, and enrichment
Able to build insights & recommendation from data
Demonstrates initiative and innovation to successfully lead data transformation efforts, develop and empower staff to implement change, problem-solve and address changing business conditions
SAP and Database knowledge
Highly skilled communicator: professional verbal and written communication, comprehensive, clear, direct, and accurate.
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
