Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Knoxville, Tennessee

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the bustling entertainment industry in Knoxville, Tennessee. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be required to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and other managers, handle calendar management, and assist with various customer service functions. This role is perfect for individuals who have a knack for organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

• Assist in planning and logistical arrangements for meetings and events.

• Provide phone support to customers and internal staff.

• Assist with records management and data entry in the customer service department.

• Process ticket sales, subscriptions, and group sales orders.

• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

• Order office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.

• Maintain an organized office environment and handle various administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.

• Handle reservation planning for meetings and events.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in customer service and data entry. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with Management Systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for correspondence

• Experience in providing customer service

• Data entry skills with a keen attention to detail

• Experience in a part-time receptionist role is desirable

• Ability to work with C-Suite executives

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
