**[Role [We are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. The caregiver will be responsible for implementing our clients daily care plan [in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards.

- Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance and initiate activities that stimulate the mind.
- Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands
- Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks, etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Implementing the care plan as instructed
- Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.

- CNA license
- Valid Drivers license
- Knowledge of home management skills
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a High School Diploma
- Genuine Desire to help seniors
