Job Description:
Administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) Shifts Available
Job Requirements:
Valid Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse
High School Diploma

About North Knoxville Medical Center
North Knoxville Medical Center, a 172 bed facility, was the first outpatient hospital campus in the Powell, Tennessee area for cancer care, imaging and women’s services.
The center offers:
Cancer diagnostics, treatment, and support services
Interventional cardiology services; advanced imaging services
A brand new (as of December 2021) cardiac rehabilitation program
Women’s diagnostic services and educational programs
We offer private patient rooms with dedicated family areas. In addition, the hospital has technologically advanced information and communications systems, decentralized nursing stations for better efficiency and patient care, and noise-reduction materials to provide patients with a more comfortable experience.
