A strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Understanding of logic controllers and electrical systems

Responsibilities
Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment
Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Repairing or replacing defective parts
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
Assisting with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs
The essential functions of this role include:
