For our Customer Services organization, we are looking for an Assembly Technician for our Service Corner Team in Gebze.
What part will you play?
Assembling of Medium Voltage Air Insulated Switchgear Panels from beginning to the end.
Supporting quality control team.
Applying secondary Project revisions on product and reviewing Project documentation
Executing revisions on low and medium voltage parts.
On site repair, maintenance, and revision activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Technical High School degree is required, preferably in electrics/electronics.
Able to understand project documentation (Single line diagrams, technical sheets, project schematics, mechanical lists).
Deep knowledge on medium voltage switchgear frame, breaker, door, transformer and ventilation sub- and final assemblies.
Able to prepare & install cable harnesses.
Apply quality control checklists, filling forms.
Coordination of intralogistics for materials and finished products.
Handling of non-conformities, tracking and solving problems at shopfloor.
Expected product proficiency on following Siemens products: Simoprime, 8BT1, 8BT3, 8BK20, 8BK30, NXAir SION, NXAir M SION, NXAir P.
Lean manufacturing basic knowledge.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
