JD Accounts Payable (Sr Associate)
Education: Graduation
Experience: 2 Years to 03 Years of Accounts Payable Experience is Mandatory)
Location: Kochi, Info Park Kakkanad
An Accounts Payable position entails managing the company's outgoing payments and ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses. Responsibilities typically include verifying and reconciling invoices, obtaining approvals for payments, and maintaining vendor records. Additionally, individuals in this role may handle inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software are key qualifications for this role.
JD for C02
• 2-3 years of experience preferably from Finance background.
• Should possess good communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge in MS excel, preparation of reports.
• Flexible on shift timings.
• Knowledge in P2P Tower; Previous exposure on identification, sorting, scanning of the invoices
• Previous exposure in Checking and processing of Invoices on timely basis with accuracy
• Efficiently address queries and concerns to supervisors
• Capable of working effectively and independently
• Should be a team player and any experience in training & assisting peers would be an added advantage
• Self-driven person and should be able to handle AP escalations effectively
• Good understanding of SLA’s and should be willing to stretch if required to meet deadlines
• Quick Learning Skills
