Job Description
Planning and execution of advanced technology development (R&D) projects and prototype development in the following themes related to automotive software development
- Simulation systems for in-vehicle semiconductors
- Cloud-based software and system development environments
- Building a low-code/no-code development environment using generative AI.
- Assist in the strategic and planning review of business and product services.

Qualifications
【Must】
- People who are interested in the direction of new value creation at Renesas, as described in the blog at the following URL, and who are willing to contribute with their own experience.

- At least 5 years' experience in system design and development of electronic devices. Or at least 5 years of software development experience.
*Experience in the automotive or semiconductor industry is not a MUST.
- Japanese：business level
【Want】
Experience in the design and development of in-vehicle electronics, such as ECU design, or, for software development, experience in one of the following programming languages is desirable.
- Python, Java, C/C++, Javascript
Depending on the theme of the R&D project, experience in one of the following is desirable:
Experience in requirements management and system design based on MBSE/MBD.
Experience in developing AI systems using large-scale language models
English language skills: level to be able to communicate with overseas customers and overseas affiliates (TOEIC score of around 700)
