Barista, Greenhouse - Destination Kohler

Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys providing customers with excellent customer service? Does the thought of providing guests with quality food and beverages in a café setting interest you? If so, then the position of Barista is for you!
Specific Responsibilities
Greeting all customers and taking customer orders accurately
Operating coffee making equipment
Preparing and presenting beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
Serving prepared food items
Recording and accurately processing purchases
Collecting and processing payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
Dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
Stocking inventory according to storage requirements
This is a part time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends varying between 6am and 6pm.
Skills/Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
Previous experience or familiarity with varieties of coffee drinks and equipment preferred
Learn2Serve Certification preferred
Previous experience with some food preparation preferred
Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail needed
The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
