Maintenance Dispatcher, 3rd Shift - Kohler Hospitality
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Provide 24-hour service to all guests, associates, and departments in the Hospitality Group as well as Corporate Security.
Specific Responsibilities
Document all incoming phone calls to the Maintenance Team.
Dispatch or page appropriate personnel and follow-thru on all other requests from guests or associates.
Assist with distribution of keys and radios to associates.
Accept and verify deposits from associates and make change as requested from cash drawer.
Maintain accurate balance of cash drawer.
Enter information from work orders as they are turned in from Maintenance Team.
Respond to alarm activations by dispatching appropriate personnel, silencing, and resetting as needed.
This is a part-time position, working weekends and weekdays.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum of a High School diploma.
Computer experience helpful, ability to do multiple tasks and problem solving a plus.
The hourly range for this position is $13.05 - $16.30. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
