Opportunity

As a Program Coordinator with Kohler Home Solutions, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes to support a newly developed dealer marketing program. The Program Coordinator is critical to driving the success of the showers marketing program and is responsible for accurate documentation of program participants and territories, campaign tracking and vendor/dealer billing. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain program accuracy and performance. As a lifeline of the team, ideal candidates will be process driven, detail oriented and customer focused.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and be point of contact for operational tasks to execute a successful showers marketing program with support from the Program Manager.

  • Set-up, management and maintenance of marketing campaigns in Salesforce. Includes intake of requests, assignment of tracking parameters (not limited to toll-free numbers, urls and UTMs), communication and maintenance.

  • Document dealer participants in the program and their respective sales and marketing territories. Maintain service and marketing zip code database, providing timely updates to dealers, vendor partners, account manager and cross functional teams.

  • Support Program Manager with developing monthly forecasts, weekly lead report detail and assist with dealer/vendor inquiries.

  • Review vendor/campaign/dealer performance pacing to ensure adherence to monthly budget parameters.

  • Participate in recurring meetings with vendors. Support Program Manager with data as needed.

  • Support Program Manager in bi-weekly dealer calls, preparing relevant information including leads reports, forecasts, billing or inquiries.

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly billing reports. Review vendor billing reports, confirming campaign accuracy.

  • Support internal processes to drive program accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • In conjunction with Kohler Co. IT, upholds the integrity and security of customer data, meeting all Data Privacy and Security requirements.

  • Accurate and timely management of multiple and competing priorities to achieve the best outcome for the organization.

  • Awareness of competitive, industry, external factors and disciplines.

  • Displays initiative to remove obstacles.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

  • 1 -3 years of prior experience in business, program coordination or marketing.

  • Demonstrate experience building and maintaining internal processes and organization.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, proficiency with Salesforce.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite as well as Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Must support and foster collaboration between associates and business partners to drive business results.

  • Travel to business partners, advertising agencies and/or dealers home offices, approximately 5-10%.

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
