TEKsystems Project Coordinator in Kohler, Wisconsin

Description:

Sales Coordinator contribute to the achievement of the Residential Monthly Shipping Goals by supporting our Distributors and Direct Dealers Representatives, coordinating sales order activities, and supporting Sales Coordinators with available products. The Associate Sales Coordinator's main responsibilities will be ensuring as product becomes available, Sales orders will be fulfilled via deliveries. To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational and administrative skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to be able to provide a gracious Kohler experience to our end customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Quickly and accurately process of incoming orders via SAP. Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, and have current product parts. Supporting Sales Coordinators with available products by creating deliveries and shipments. Understand stock availability and production scheduling. Understand and use customer service reference documents including One Note Residential Work Instructions, Truck Load Calculator, Product Specification sheets, Price Lists, Inventory Reports, and Lead-time Reports. Follow policies that govern pricing, order entry, order change, order status inquiry, and any other policy that relates to the Sales Coordinator Department. Consolidating Sales orders based off Distributors and Direct Dealer ship to locations to create Truck Loads of Residential product to ship.
