Sr Marketing Analyst, Campaigns - Kitchen & Bath International

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Sr Marketing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new products across international markets for Kohler Co. This position will work closely with campaign managers to implement strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness and product adoption globally.

Primary Objectives

  • Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business themes and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and delivery.

  • Support regional marketing teams in adapting global campaign strategies to local market needs.

  • Contribute to campaign analysis and optimization efforts to maximize performance and ROI.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Aid in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, asset management, and logistics.

  • Assist in the development of campaign briefs, creative assets, and messaging in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email marketing, and website updates.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and showroom activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in marketing, campaign management, or related roles is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a global marketing organization.

Travel

  • Occasional travel internationally (5% - 15%)

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
