Job Description

The role invloves leading inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, as well as digital marketing activities for Xena network testing solutions. This position requires expertise in launching successful campaigns, nurturing leads, and generating revenue across multiple channels. It focuses on strategic growth through a combination of marketing and sales development initiatives aimed at expanding the company's presence and enhancing its revenue streams.

  • Master or bachelor degree in marketing, business economics or administration.

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or technical industry.

  • Desired experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce

  • Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and/or Linkedin Ads platform.

  • Experience working with marketing strategies development and marketing plans/campaigns implementation.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate actively.

  • Takes own responsibility and have can-do ability.

  • Be comfortable working with a cross-functional and international teams to achieve teams objectives.

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven with a desire to launch, learn and iterate to continually improve campaigns.

  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot/Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Sales Navigator, Dripify, Gotowebinar, Microsoft Office Suite
