IBM Payroll / HR Admin Specialist in Krakow, Poland
Introduction
The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Contribute to delivery of payroll services in line with local legal regulations, corporate policies and procedures
Participate in monthly payroll operations, including maintenance of employee records, execution of selected controls, and reporting
Lead activities on internal projects, as required
Cooperate with upstream and downstream processes, internal functions (primarily HR, Finance, Treasury, HR Accounting), and external suppliers of our payroll system
Handle employee queries and other incoming questions/requests
Help team collaboration and execution of activities on a country level
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and requests, where needed
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in a similar position or in the broader HR
Knowledge of local payroll, tax and social security related regulations and best practices
Hands-on experience in project coordination
Strong focus on delivery timeliness and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluent Polish and intermediate English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Prior work experience in international companies
Practical expertise using Simple ERP, Workday and SAP Success Factors
