Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Always maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
Be reliable, punctual, and ensure you are at work on time according to your schedule.
Be open and adaptable to changes in job responsibilities, work area, and roster to meet business needs.
Support your team and other departments by being flexible with your duties as needed.
Be understanding, supportive, and helpful to guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Take pride in your work environment by keeping it tidy, well-maintained, and reflective of Alila’s sustainable practices.
Be familiar with emergency procedures, including those for bomb threats, floods, fires, and other potential crises.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Minimum SPM certification required
Experience in similar position or one position lower
Possesses people skills by approaching challenges / mistakes in a professional and objective manner
Possesses relevant administrative skills
Has a confident personality
