Senior Associate Consultant, Assessment Solutions

We're hiring! We are looking for a Senior Associate Consultant to join our Assessment Solutions business based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

The Opportunity

The Senior Associate Consultant will be accountable for supporting and delivering high quality and effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Talent Assessment.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Provide client support pro-actively

  • Actively participate and contribute in client discussions

  • Support senior consultants or product teams in developing work simulation tests, situational judgment tests or other forms of assessments

  • Work with senior consultants to develop client solutions and recommendations

  • Manage small-size projects independently or large-size projects in partnership with senior consultants

  • Provide project coordination, administrative and logistical support on client projects, as required

  • Build trusted client relationships

  • Handle any additional duties that may be allocated from time to time

Sales & Marketing

  • Support the Sales management process through engaging with prospects

  • Support proposal development on assigned opportunities and prepare sell sheets for products

  • Pro-actively contribute to product sales e.g. survey reports, engagement solutions, selection & assessment tools etc. by conducting client research, building target client lists and active solicitation

Research & Analytics

  • Support assessment validation through designing, implementing, and analysing the results of construct, criterion-related, content or other validation studies

  • Develop meaningful insights for client purposes

Requirements

  • Strong interest in I-O Psychology

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology or HR) holder from a renowned university

  • 2-3 years experience in HR consulting or a related field

  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team (across offices & virtually), fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as working independently or with minimal direction

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented

  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English; ability to communicate in a second language (Bahasa Melayu) is an advantage

  • Some experience in statistics

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

  • Adaptable and quick learner
