UL, LLC Field Specialist II A&I in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong

  • Review reports to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness as per company and client’s requirements.

  • Process reviewed reports (especially for RBA report) to clients or upload to client’s database as instructed.

  • Maintain the fulfillment database with reviewing notes, defect coding, generic violations and keep reviewed report into UL system.

  • Communicate with internal related parties regarding report clarification issues.

  • Communicate with clients/ factory/ vendor for report related issues.

  • Provide feedback ton overall quality deficiencies to the operations team (ops manager, ops supervisors, team leads, training specialists) for continuous improvement.

  • Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports are processed as per customer and internal requirements.

  • Conduct other job-related duties as assigned

  • University degree in related field. Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires; bi-lingual preferred for U.S. hires.

  • Minimum of 1 year CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in a secondary language preferred.

  • Attention to details, good time management and flexibility. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred

  • Good problem solving with logical thinking, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Should have initiative and commitment.

  • Good mathematical and analytical skills is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Should be able to prioritize and work well under pressure

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet navigation, and e-mail systems.
