Nestle Consumer Relations Manager SEE in Kyiv, Ukraine

Nestle Ukraine , worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Consumer Relations Manager position in Nutrition Business in Kyiv.

Position Summary

Support in developing and implementing the SEE eBusiness strategy across all markets, with the purpose of strengthening loyal relationships with consumers and eCommerce growth across the entire parenthood journey (from pre-conception until they exist the category), by working in cooperation with other departments (brand team, medical team, category development department in sales channels, sales, procurement, advertising and research department, etc.) and external partners: mass media, agencies, public organizations, etc.

A day in the life

  • Active participation in the development and implementation of the SEE eBusiness strategy together with rest of the eBusiness team and other functions.

  • Develop and implement at SEE level customer relationship management systems and strategies by implementing CRM best practices, analyzing customer data, and developing targeted CRM marketing campaigns to grow 1st party data aquisition, improve customer engagement and retention with the end goal of driving business growth .Organize the promotion of loyalty programs for consumers among the potential circle of participants, using all suitable communication channels.

  • Develop & manage at SEE level the implementation of new & innovative eCommerce projects in cooperation with eCommerce functios, Brand, rest of eBusiness team and CDT

  • Leverage internal tools such as Content Hub and Content Studio for Content Creation in regards to the social media communication, to improve investment performance

  • Adaptation and implementation of developed centralized projects, taking into account local conditions and tasks.

  • Regular monitoring of all completed projects: quality and effectiveness, engagement levels, pre- and post-evaluation of activities to effectively achieve ROI.

  • Control the effective allocation of the budget to agreed activities and asses budget spending levels to determine opportunities for effective use of resources to achieve set goals.

  • Cooperate with suppliers of goods and services involved in the implementation of projects for consumers, in order to obtain the highest possible level of quality of the goods and services provided.

  • Create project plans, monitor the activities of all departments involved in the process of project implementation, ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance with the agreed plans.

  • Use the SAP programs to support the business process.

  • Supporting on need basis in creation of branded e-content within the framework of I2L business projects, in order to improve e-merchandizing and increase sales in the online channel in partnership with eCommerce dedicated functions.

  • Support Brand Managers in the process of briefing and planning digital media campaigns for their allocated brands

What will make you successful?

• University degree

• Previous experience in digital marketing (Social media, Online Influencers, Digital campaigns) (> 3 years)

• Deep knowledge and skills in the field of CRM and eCommerce

• Knowledge of loyalty programs and promotions for consumers.

• Knowledge of the agency market (design, advertising, product promotion).

• Knowledge of related areas (media, market research, trade marketing)

• Category Knowledge (consumer / buyer and competitive environment, including complementary and competitive categories on the market) is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English)

• Independence and accountability

• Ability to recommend solutions

• Analytical skills and strategic thinking

• An active approach to cooperation
