Schedule Weekly Hours:40 Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Clinical Manager for our La Crosse and Onalaska Pediatrics Clinics. What you will do: Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services for the Pediatrics Clinics in both our La Crosse and Onalaska locations, including our lactation team. Your time will be equally split between both locations Manage and lead a team of \40 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Scheduling Specialists, Office Assistant, and Department Secretaries Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director and medical chairs to achieve unit strategic goals Be a voice for our pediatrics population among the greater part of the primary care division What you will get: A team that is currently in a place of strength - great people who love what they do!
