Aerotek is now hiring entry level Exterior Finishing Worker at
a local manufacturing company in Lacrosse, WI!!
Starting wage of $16/hr. and up to $18/hr. depending on shift and experience!

Job Description
Candidates will be working in the exterior doors department or the finishing department. In this role, you must have great attention to detail because you are the last line of defense before the company sends out the final product. Candidates will be applying veneer or paint based on client specifications, using spray guns or rollers depending on the requirements of the finished product.

Work Environment
Work environment is not climate controlled. It can be very hot and humid at times during the summer and can be very dirty with wood dust. In the finishing department, it may smell due to paint and veneering fumes. The team size varies with the department, but on any given shift, you will be working with 20-35 people. There are a few variations of shifts due to different departments: 1st shift - 3:30a - 12p OR 7/7:30a - 3/3:30p; 2nd shift - 12:30p - 9p.
