This role is responsible for budgeting, supporting EMS system strategy, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Job Description: The GHS EMS Education department provides education, quality oversight, and medical direction to nearly 40+ EMS services and agencies in three states. Service oversight includes the Gundersen owned and operated ambulance services. The Program Manager is responsible for departmental oversight and development, budgeting, support of EMS system strategy, and creation and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationships. The Program Manager is responsible for developing customized educational curriculum in conjunction with leadership, educators, quality, and operations staff.
