Responsibilities: Become an Invaluable Team Player:Understand targeted outcomes and delivery goals, collaborating effectively to achieve them. Shape the Sprint Journey:Work closely with the team to define clear sprint goals and develop comprehensive sprint backlogs. Embrace Daily Adaptation:Be prepared to adjust the plan as needed to ensure the team successfully achieves the sprint goals. Deliver Value Consistently:Develop usable increments of functionality (deliverables) during each sprint. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible work in management, healthcare management preferable. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, work within a continuous improvement environment, and deliver high-quality code on time and within budget.
