Auxillium Product Support Specialist in La Junta, Colorado
POSITION: Product Support Specialist
DUTIES: * Provide customer assistance with golf hardware and software. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with golf simulator installation, general troubleshooting, and application usage over the phone or by email. * Perform golf simulator software/application configurations and updates as needed. * Create and document customer contact case history in Salesforce CRM. * Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction in certain situations. * Working experience with hardware, software, and configuration.
REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in high school, high school diploma or equivalent. * You must reside in the Pueblo or Colorado Springs area to apply for the position. This is a secure work from home position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of golf and other sports. * Proficiency with computers Windows OS, O365, MS Office, Mac OSX, etc. * Knowledge of PC's or devices including how to build, configure, troubleshoot, or repair. * Excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities. * Working knowledge of gaming and support devices. * Maintain high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail. * Communicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers. * An understanding of electronics which includes low voltage data wiring. * Experience in troubleshooting projectors, amplifiers and other in-home electronics and the techniques used in connecting. * Ability to work in fluid and ever-changing situation. * Proficient in information management programs and MS Office. * Willingness to adapt to Auxillium's highly positive culture as a supportive Team Member.
PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience in a customer focused position preferred. * Experience with technical support, computer support, or gaming preferred.
WAGE: $15.50 per hour
SHIFTS: * Full-Time/Regular * Multiple shifts available includes 8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts, and 12 hour shifts. * Required to work at least one weekend day as the project operates 7 days a week.
JOB SITE: Pueblo, CO
BENEFITS: * Work from home (no commute).
