Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Properly clean blast booth and dispense of used materials
Responsible for preparing parts for processing sand blast room
Prepare rotors and components for class or bead blasting
Properly blast of glass bead rotors and components; properly delivering to the appropriate department
Properly use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts
Comply with the requirements of risk manager assessments of other related safety documents
Do not undertake activities that have not been risk assessed or where an assessment is not available understood
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 2 years blaster experience in an industrial environment
Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair
Must be able to work overtime when necessary
High school diploma of GED equivalent
