Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Managing quality and efficiency
Managing accuracy of drawings, CAD models, and machining instructions
Monitoring budgeted vs actual hours for all released services
Managing recruitment and training to build the strongest team possible
Creating tools to help streamline daily tasks for all areas of the department
Managing the departments backlog by properly scheduling work to meet the demands or needs of the overall project completion target
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Reverse engineering (hand dims & scans) and ability to process the data
Parametric modeling / free form surfaces
Impeller modeling on single and mulit-vaned components
