Instructions
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safe operating practices are in place throughout the shop.
Responsible for all co-workers working in Shop.
Responsible for production output, including shipping and receiving.
Responsible for reviewing all job work scopes to ensure the proper steps are followed to complete each job.
Responsible for writing and issuing TWI’s as needed to ensure proper information is given to co-workers to complete jobs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Technical knowledge of turbo machinery repair
5+ years of turbomachinery services in a lead or supervisory capacity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
