Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safe operating practices/procedures are established and followed
Work with Department Managers to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline the planning, scheduling, and execution of work through the departments
Responsible for ensuring environmental procedures are established and followed
Responsible for ensuring quality procedures are established and followed
Attends Daily Production Meetings
Work with Estimating personnel to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline and increase the accuracy of job scoping
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Engineering Degree plus 1 year hands-on mechanical experience
Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair
