As a Junior Multi-Category Commercial Development Manager, you will ensure the operational development of our corporate promotions with an omnichannel approach, while developing a strong customer understanding for promotions.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Multi-Category Commercial Development Manager

  • Develop commercial levers: e.g., animations, POS/POP material, communication material etc.

  • Coordinate field activities and projects internally with all concerned departments (Key account, Sales services, Field Sales Forces, Supply Chain)

  • Manage the budget of the activities and profitability

  • Track the corporate promotions development

What will make you successful

  • University or equivalent

  • First experience in Brand Management / Key Account Management or Trade marketing

  • Project management skills

  • Knowledge in Marketing and Sales processes

  • High affinity with numbers and analytics

  • Fluent language skills verbal and written in German and French and English

  • Knowledge in Commercial levers and processes– promotions, POP/POS material, assortment/ layout etc.
